Uses of Praanya
praanya is complex mixture of naturally / organically derived elements like polar and non polar amino acids (simply called proteins) , EDTA chelated micro nutrients ( zinc, boron, iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium etc) , complex fulvic acid compounds ( crude ) and few other essential nutrients for the plant to grow healthy in all the four stages of plant development.

Science behind Praanya
As we already said, praanya is a complex Mixture of various plant growth promoters/regulators/enhancers. let us discuss each of them briefly
Amino acids :
Amino acids are 18 types they are listed in the below
Each of these are having a specific prominent function in the plant system
In general terminology, we can say amino acids are Building blocks of the plant system.
Amino acids Are the central importance for all the functions happening in a plant system. Like starting from germination, later cell growth, formation of plant body, flowering, fruiting, stress management…..all these things are in link of amino acids.
They do different permutations & combinations during the different stages of plant development and situationally made into required proteins. They can solve many problems in the plant system.
Let us discuss few of them
Photosynthesis : glycin and glutamic acid as base component, they synthesise chlorophyll. More we feed glycine and glutamic acid to the plant body, more chlorophyll concentration-more will be the photosynthesis rate. More photosynthesis rate-more will be the food production.
Harmones production : majority of the hormones such as auxin, cytokinin, gibberellins et cetera are associated with the synthesis of Amino acids which are responsible for various activities such as flower initiation and fruit development.
Stomata activity : More the concentration of Amino acids in the plant system promotes the stomata to keep open for longer time which results in increase the plant metabolism.
Microbial Activity : Not only for the plant body, but soil application of Amino acids increases the microbial activity and their population. They also improves mineral content of the organic matter or humus Which results in nutritious harvest.
Leaf Area Index : As glutamine, Asparagine Concentration levels increases in the plant body, leaf area index increases dramatically. Just 10% increase in leaf area in each leaf ( there are thousands of leaves per plant and millions of leaves per acre of plants ) will be the thousands of square metres of leaf area increase. This extra grown area has extra chlorophyll content. extra chlorophyll produces extra food production (yield).
From these theory, you might generally conclude that amino acids (proteins) are the most required food for the plant body. This term most required/most important is derived from the greek word protos which is called as praanya in Sanskrit.
